SPEECH BUBBLES TOOLTIP

It's nice! It looks best in FF3+, Opera 9+, and Google Chrome/ Safari 4+. In IE7 and IE8, the tooltip lacks the rounded corners and shadows but otherwise looks and behaves the same.
